  • If the weather is good there s a. beautiful panorama. A walk that leads us into nature. Surrounded by vineyards and Apple trees. The trail is feasible at all even untrained. Very nice you see from the top all Merano and goes further. Very recommended

  • pleasant walk for easy access. wide view of the Valley. possibility to make stops and indications of places

  • It is accessed from different points, such as passing by the Church of San Nicolo in the old country (where we had the apartment). from there, you can get to the falls of Partschins going towards the left, or in the opposite direction towards Merano (if then it folds down)-Tappeiner, or to the Tyrol. The beauty of the course, almost entirely flat, lies in the fact that we are far from traffic, with truly evocative glimpses and shots over the Valley and the nearby Merano, "controlled" from the top of the castles of Dorf Tirol. In winter, the waalweg is recommended in the morning because all sunny. Interesting diversion towards the rock Schalenstein, where locals practice climbing with my bare hands.
