Baia di San Montano, Lacco Ameno
Categories: Bodies of Water, Nature & Parks
According to tradition, Santa Restituta, one of the patron saints of the island, first arrived from Africa at Baia di San Montano, a horseshoe-shaped cove. Soak up the sun on the soft sand, or enjoy a dip in the sea, which boasts especially warm temperatures due to nearby thermal springs. The beach is calm, and a safe spot for small children to enjoy the clear blue water and sandy shore. A snack bar on site provides cold drinks and refreshments. Parking and restrooms are available. Questa spiaggia è meravigliosa noi ci siamo stati a fine settembre ed ovviamente eravamo in pochi quindi perfetta anche coi bimbi. Insieme ai Maronti la spiaggia più bella dell'isolaThis beach is wonderful we went in late September and of course we were just so perfect even with children. Together with Maronti Beach on the islandshow original
Bella spiaggia con ampio parcheggio per auto e moto ma solo a pagamento. Peccato l'affollamento ma vale le pena visitarla sia per la vista che per le correnti calde provenienti da sorgenti termale.Beautiful beach with ample parking for cars and bikes but only for a fee. Too bad the crowding but worth the visit for both the view that for the warm currents coming from thermal sources.show original
