  • To get to porto venere was like diving into the landscape is Wuthering Heights ... a dream country with its colorful "palazzata" and the haunting landscape of St Peter's Church, overlooking a spectacular view ... not to be missed!

  • An enchantment. The Church appears to be sculpted directly from the rocks from which emerges. Romance up observing the sunset behind the arches of the Church of Portovenere. No wonder this country is a world heritage site. Go absolutely. Almost deserves more of the Cinque Terre.

  • Beautiful small seaside town with fewer tourists than the Cinque Terra villages.
  • it's an awesome place! perfect if you want to visit a little typical italian city :) there is some place to go in the water, but there are only big stones, no sand. enjoy!
  • Porto Venere is a nice village, comparable to the 5 terre. We recommend to enjoy a nice hike. We did the hike from Riomaggiore-Portovenere, this takes about 5 hours. The view was especially breathtaking at the end of the trip.
  • Fantastic view. Just visit to see the sea
  • Historic architecture surrounded by stunning coastline. Well worth a visit.
