  • It is a place that has remained intact, as it was before the earthquake of 2009. Perhaps even more significant because in the early years after the 2009 L'Aquila was the only place where you could stay without seeing debris. Now it is an oasis of peace since everything around there are many shipyards that reconstruct the city centre

  • Park surrounding the 16th century castle, a symbol of the city of L'Aquila. Lately it has been fixed, but you could do better.

  • Nice Green Park, to the trees, but, above all, to the Auditorium by Renzo Piano. I find that this is one of the most beautiful works of the great architect, sure, Renzo Piano has created works really great, that have made the history of architecture, yet I think this is one of the most beautiful because, surely, did it with heart. Its colors, its timbers blended with such harmony means that one never tires of looking at it. The Interior, with its red colour is unique. How unique is the acoustics ... for me is simply a masterpiece.

  • Pleasant to walk in peace; beautiful view of the Gran Sasso. Shame about the plan that has upset the Auditorium entrance garden from the luminous fountain. It would have been better to place it elsewhere.

  • The Park is well maintained as well as the Spanish fortress inside. Large, houses a museum which boasts, among the exhibits, mammoth skeleton in excellent condition.
