  • This is a wonderful place. A large sweeping bay with plenty of sand, and water is placid, warm and seems to go out for hundreds of yards without getting very deep. When we first found Maladroxia we ha...  read more »
  • This beach is highly recommended for families with children: is low on a nice distance of clear water and fine sand is a pleasure. At this time of the year, very little world and as a result of the free parking spaces in the streets (otherwise parking a few meters). If this range is interesting, note that there are much better, more typical and most beautiful in Sardinia. Our assessment is good... but the grid TripAdvisor proposing that 'average' or 'very good', we opt therefore for 'very good' by default.

  • Oh yes sin because it is a small but beautiful beach but is almost completely abandoned by the municipality of sant'antioco which rightly provides the sea rescue service and empties the trash cans every day but nothing more, a horrendous pouring concrete on the waterfront all bumpy and ruined is the calling card of this beach frequented mostly by locals and inhabitants of s. Antioco and an appreciable number of tourists especially in high season. In a week of occupation no one has ever cleaned the beach and with a Sunday in the middle and the horde of barbarians who inevitably falls on the coast can make you imagine what condition is the beach such as Monday morning. Having a little baby every morning we had to wash the piece around our Sun umbrella from a multitude of cigarette butts, food scraps, plastic packaging and any other kind of rubbish. It's really a shame because with little you could do a nice promenade and cared for residents and tourists and clean the beach every day over that hundred badly the hogs that constantly dirty. Else unmanageable parking lots for those of us who stood in a rented house in small hamlet, there is that there is no ztl if you reside there on a personal level or tourists, many locals unfortunately rather than pay the parking ticket (1.5 € half day) clog the narrow streets and prevent even those who could park within access. Let's not talk of public lighting that does not exist, if you want to go for a walk in the dark towards the beach you'll tear in one of the countless holes or debris. The beach has fine grey sand and sometimes black and the water is often Caribbean, the stretch of sea in front is always sheltered from prevailing winds. Free parking and Beach Club and bars available for motorbikes. I hope that the common face soon a redevelopment, is more necessary than ever!
