  • a hike for an interesting visit with a magnificent view. the castle would need adequate accommodations.

  • We left in the morning under guidance of some favignanesi to explore this impressive castle that seems to watch over this beautiful island. The climb is actually not very easy and not recommend it in the middle of summer. What is certain is that the higher you climb and more what you see and admire pays fatigue and shuts the leg pain. Upon arrival, however, the view also takes away the last breath left. The beauty is indescribable ... you can see every little corner and bordering the island ... you feel part of something beautiful and so tiny. Truly feel about flying on the wing of a butterfly. Then you turn ... enters the Castle and all the poetry fades. The deterioration and abandonment. Are you afraid to drop everything at a moment's notice ... rusty irons, old furniture and debris accumulate in every room of the Castle. A real shame and a huge disappointment.

  • Incredible Castle, awesome location, total carelessness. Anyone can enter, climb the unsafe stairs, turn to Zia and climb to the roof ... at your own risk
