  • Fascinating visit between mountains and sea, with a balcony in front of Sugarloaf, visit to do to rediscover the work of miners and the ingenuity of man.

  • I visited porto flavia with kiei pupils in educational trip. It was interesting to see this part of history, and we appreciated the competence of the guide who showed up to the belvedere Gallery. The appearance of the rock of Sugarloaf he launched without words.

  • We visited the mine. The ticket costs 10 euros and you have to book. The visit lasts an hour in all. The guide was very tired and it wasn't that great, they didn't visit only the top where there is hardly anything to see because it's all in the lower part but is closed to the public ... the view is stunning but 10 euros for that alone it's not worth it. ..

  • Super view
  • Amazing venue for context and characteristics. The Gallery is open only on Sundays during the winter while it is open daily during the summer. It is accompanied by two guides in an experience that lasts an hour. Tickets cost € 10 in 2016.

  • The galleries are a masterpiece of engineering and a view of the Sugar Loaf Cliff is breathtaking. The guides prepared. Should be treated more signage, the path to get there and the "parking" button below to access. In the pine forest dried up there is a minimum of furniture to make it usable for a park picnic and, around the ticket counter, there is a shelter from the scorching sun in the afternoon. This gazebo, with benches underneath, is totally unnecessary because no coverage.

  • Porto Flavia is one of the symbols of mining life in Sulcis. The mines seem distant and bitter memories for the Sardinian people, but a visit here is worth it to see the ingenious, for its time, exhaust system of minerals directly on the sea: beautiful get to the door that opens the view of the sugar loaf. Huge silos containing minerals are huge seen live and the way that we follow is considered great, imagine in other mines which were the difficulties and dangers for those who worked there. You have to see to understand that Sardinia is not only the beach and the sea ...

  • Beautiful views on the rocky island of Pan di Zucchero. Here it is worth hiking, too.
