  • Small musem, very very interesting. The staff are also very helpful to explain the story of this extraordinary artist and facts and anecdotes of his life in Gualtieri.  more »
  • We visited the Museum Lambert, it was an awesome experience. Visiting the Museum was led by people who have long known the artist, so rich in anecdotes about his life, his way of being and of relating to people. It was explained how composed the colors used and its relationship with nature and animals he loved to paint. It's worth a ride figuring Lambert and his world.

  • On several occasions I have had the opportunity to admire the works of the great Lambert in the various national exhibitions and finding myself passing near the town of Gaur (a Friday) I wanted to see his work. I went to Palazzo Bentivoglio (which I found closed) and, led by locals I visited a small private museum (held with care and passion) that collects, mostly some memorabilia that recall the life. Exposed only two of his original works. That immense disappointment!! Once again the poor Ligabue cornered and exposed only when needed to register!! I wondered where I had failed to plan the visit without informing me (I thought in Gualtieri had done something to expose continuously and permanently Lambert), the answer, very enlightening, I received, many voices, some residents questioned that with considerable embarrassment made me discover a deplorable "push and pull" all local. Italian stuff.
