  • Wonderful landscape, the castle is beautiful! Tour options offered are very good. How was the weekend I chose the option to lunch time and recommend, although a next time I'll prefer to do only the wine tasting. Castello produces not only wonderful wines such as a wonderful balsamic is a very good olive oil.

  • If you want to know a Chianti Winery is a good place and that it is one of the most ancient. Tours are super ready to serve tourism, are in English. And while you charge the view, then offer a tasting of the wines elaborated with cheeses from the region and breads with the oil that they produce. Personally I missed most of the info because I don't speak English and the experiences I don't like very for export but not bad...

  • We got the short tour which includes the history of the winehouse, a look into the cellars and finally the tasting of three different wines (one rose and two red wines), olive oil and vinegar. The host was a friendly and funny guy who gives you just the right information for beginners to know what you are looking at. The place, a castle, was partly medieval and very beautiful. The panoramic view on the top, which you pass while doing the tour, is super. It's not only wine, but also oil, vinegar and meat what the make.
  • Luigi is making wine according to organic and traditional methods. This place is full of goodness, passion, history, and deliciousness. Thank you for hosting us. An experience we will never forget.
  • Beautiful castle in a pretty location... Wines are good though not great... Service friendly but a bit erratic... Can be very crowded with tours.
  • AMAZING! The best wine experience we have ever had so far. The wine and Food experience was awesome. Full tour of the grounds and winery, then the wine, ohhhh so tasty and food was probably the best meal ever. The food and wine is all organic and grown on the grounds of the winery. We highly recommend this winery, worth every cent. Verrazzano was the man who discovered the east coast of North America, from Nova Scotia, New York to South Carolina. He was born on the grounds of the winery.
  • The tour and tasting were ok but too short in my opinion, the tasting wasn't very in depth or exciting, and only lasted 15 minutes
