  • mystery and magic despite they stroke 43 degrees. the heat she felt, but under cork oaks wasn't all that bad. held up well. kids get in free. adults 4 euros each. There is parking and a guide who accompanies you for a certain stretch of the route, while another part, more intuitive, you're alone. beautiful, beautiful. I take this opportunity to say that it is unfortunate that many other such sites are not for anything valued and even in private areas inaccessible to the public, despite an Italian law that grants access to all archaeological sites. Sin and Kudos for that. There is a toilet, but there were no bars so if it is warm lug water and we also have a snack, snoo tables where you can always take things from home.

  • An interesting cultural tour that gives the opportunity of to stroll in the back country of Cagliari without making too much road (1 h of Cagliari). The site is expanded (two areas visit) but can visit rather quickly (1 h 30 maximum). Very interesting to introduce young children to the prehistory, sites where you can see standing stones and Neolithic as easily graves being rare, so much more that we were the only visitors in the afternoon.

  • Visiting Prano Mutteddu is fascinating and mysterious, because you can see a sacred place for burials of the pre-nuragic era with a tomb with multiple rooms (unfortunately was ruined by an uncivil that blasted with explosives) with the characteristic of being placed, in the figures of the concentric circles of stones, than in the South. Very interesting are the menhirs aligned in pairs representing a man and a woman and definitely belonged to a ritual fertility rate (it seems is still followed by women who hope to become mothers). The time of the visit varies according to our need to remain more or less time, to relax in a place that exudes serenity.

  • Fantastic site! The Park Guide has proved adept and courteous! Tombs and ancient monoliths, domus de janas and much more that thanks to the explanations expressed their vital past. It was easy to get to the site from the village of Goni! If you are in the area, I highly recommend it!

  • Visited last Saturday, I must admit that I did not know the site but I was deeply impressed by the magical atmosphere that still breathes in the Park. Initially, not having noticed the signs for the parking entrance, coming from the main road 6 from cagliari, we checked into the Park immediately across the parking lot, but actually that would be the second part of the Park to visit for last, in fact the first part is immediately on the right of the parking lot, along a small underpass leading to the ticket office and where is the famous row of standing stones which makes this place Stonehege of Sardinia. Pleasant also kindly offered to us by the operator in mind, as well as Mayor of the town (Goni), the historical-cultural context of the archaeological site. Highly recommended a visit, which among other things for students only costs € 3 and to complete you can go see the Nuraghe of Goni from which you can see the Lake Mulargia. Definitely is a place that deserves greater recognition in Sardinia and beyond.

  • This "Stonehenge of Sardinia" is a very special place! It is awesome, if one is declared by a competent archaeologist on site, that the stelae/menhirs and the graves of approximately 7000 (!) There are years old! Absolutely worth seeing.

  • By lush vegetation with Oaks of even 500 years there are about 60menhir, some aligned, others stand out among the Oaks and tombs, mystical atmosphere from which it is hard to break away
