All very good and delicious.

The passion, the love and the inexhaustible desire of these people to preserve history and tradition of bitto prepared as well as historically has done for years is at once surprising and engaging. Great tasting of cheeses and pizzoccheri.

Some red Valtellina to watering the whole. Great food, great.
Nicola CerroneIt's the only place where you will find the true Bitto, one made with milk from cows, which eat only grass. The new regulations, approved by the Ministry, is to add flour and milk. Bitto produced here is out of this new rule, in favour of great quality. Information and read the story. Following this, it calls Rebel Historian!!
