  • Porta Soprana rises to magnify the greatness of Genoa old to remember what remains of what was once a neighborhood of the city destroyed to make way for ugly buildings of palaces in the region. Those who pass through the arch, you'll also notice dangling some rings that once constituted the chains that closed to protect Porto Pisano and the Genoese have brought as Trophy after the naval battle of Meloria on pisani.

  • The city's most famous old port of Genoa, is just arriving in piazza Dante. From here you can access to the most characteristic area of the nightlife of the alleys

  • It's a nice port in the middle of Genova. Many nice restaurants nearby.
  • Impressive to see these towers still standing after all these centuries.
  • Interesting and historical neighborhood.
  • Porta Soprana is a demarcation point between the old city, the narrow streets or town, and the current one, piazza Dante piazza De Ferrari via XX settembre. Definitely worth a ride.
