Parchi di Nervi, Genoa
(4.3/5 based on 400+ reviews on the web)
A sprawling seaside oasis, Parchi di Nervi is a complex of many parks that once belonged to private villas, but are now united and publicly accessible. Relax on the grass and enjoy a picnic, stroll the seaside promenade, or wander the rose garden. Though their presence has caused great controversy, squirrels populate the gardens in great numbers and are friendlier than most. Visit the old villas: many have been transformed into museums, including the Gallery of Modern Art and the Wolfsoniana, which is mainly dedicated to the Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles. • I've always loved the Park of nerves, especially on a beautiful winter day, when we just appreciate the contact with nature. But actually, even in the rain has that charm. It is the lung of Genoa, closer to the sea ^_^

  • Let the car in the parking lot near the train station of nerves and immerse yourself in this beautiful park. Seeing the variety of plants and trees. The manicured lawns. The peace. ... ... you know that before the second world war there were cages with animals?

  • Who doesn't love roses? Beautiful and romantic flower ... Here you can find a variety of species, there is a rose garden beautiful and well cared for! The parks of nervi offer besides the roseto also varied plants and trees, a bonus also deserve the immense lawns where you can stay (whatever you do if you eat or go picnic use bins and not soiled, Ditto for the droppings of your friends) the gardens and playground complete the Park, a special mention to the villa the fountain and the hut! If you like to shoot this suits you best you can bring your friend to 4 paws and your kids having fun! I remember as a little girl but some squirrels also cerano that don't go x which I can't tell! Anyway ... The Park has free timetables but! Besides that remember keep it clean because it is a precious commodity!

  • Great park with well equipped children's playground. Park harbours enough shadow places to relax even on a hot day. Trees have indications of their names, which is great for learning what they are.
  • Wonderful place with a beautiful landscape on The Sea of Genoa
  • Fantastic place to come at ease after visiting Genoa. Peace and quiet all over the place. Stay away in weekends and on public holidays however, especially when you have a car to park. If you're not very early you won't succeed and you end up in a jam at the car park of the Genoa Nervi railwaystation.
  • The best park in Genova!!! its just lovely, you can sunbathe, play with a ball or frisbee with your friends, enjoy a nice picnic, have loads of fun. If you are lucky you can see squirrels on the trees. Genova nervi station is really close by and so is the Beach and passseggiata di nervi. Have fun and enjoy the park
  • A very nice and big park, with lots of old and big trees.
