  • Worth the visit, great place and evokes a bygone era. The view over the val Bisagno is remarkable, there's not much interesting to tell you the truth, if not the mole Ferraris Stadium from above. Passed without stopping

  • Castle Mackenzie offers visitors the chance to enjoy a few hours in a Museum a bit different but packed with interesting things with a beautiful garden to enjoy on a sunny day. Priceless views of the city. Not to be missed

  • I am amazed that in the story of the castle is not the slightest reference to the family de Thierry de Faletans. The castle was built for them, for the wedding of the daughter of Mackenzie with one of the most prominent noble families of the time. Founders of Genoa and Lloyd italico ... But these are the mysteries of Genoa! Clare.

  • Not what we expected. It's an auction house which offers tours by appointment, though the gentleman who gives the tours was nice enough to show us around despite our unannounced arrival. They are setting up or tearing down auctions 80 percent of the time, but if you hit it right you may get an impressive art exhibition. The "castle" is an 1898 Florentine mansion with heavy influence from Tuscany. It's quite worth the visit, and will continue to improve as restoration moves forward.
