  • After visiting the historic centre of Gangi I headed to the shrine I read something a few days earlier. It is located outside the town and from here you can see an overview from the bottom across the country. Due to its quieter location, there is now an atmosphere of rest and relaxation as soon as you enter the courtyard in front. The structure is one of the few dedicated to the Holy Spirit, inside there are many paintings, various works of Fumagalli and other frescoes by Charles Riggio and Thomas Pollace. A local lady she also recounted the alleged origins of the Church, very curious and peculiar!

  • Visit this shrine is like stepping into the past. Very nice and accommodating. In addition, the shrine you see Gabriel from a beautiful perspective.

  • When you are near Gangi, you can't go to the shrine dedicated to the Holy Spirit, which is located at the foot of the village, a special place of worship, where upon entering you find inner peace, the beauty of the face of the Holy Spirit is intoxicating, the Church with its frescoes and beautiful. Special and spectacular instead and the procession which takes place the day after Pentecost with the descent into the procession of about 40 Saints of the various churches in the country, who carried on the shoulders of the faithful arrive in the churchyard, and running forward and back (they do miracles).
