  • Wonderful Castle and well preserved. A miniature of the castello sforzesco in Milan. Red Cross day today so many entertainments for children. Children make up giant bubbles balloons and games once. Thanks to the good weather we had a great day with a magnificent backdrop

  • At the Centre of Galliate there is a twin of the Visconti Castle, best known Castle in Milan. It is a well preserved with some parts redone in later times, however the external structure is impressive and beautiful. Preserves the moat around and comes complete with battlements and towers. To access it you can use the underground parking in the square outside, the first half hour is free. If you want to enjoy it the best spot is the square, you can also enjoy a coffee or a drink overlooking the Castle. Inside a courtyard portico but there is no original furnishings or salt to visit. Inside you will find the municipal library, the Museum Bozzola (artist galliatese of 900 who joined the Mac), the Council Chamber (modern furniture) and some temporary exhibitions in cinemas South. If you can book guided tours that will tell you the history and anecdotes make you go round the walls that otherwise is not allowed.
