  • Food prepared well. Optimal doses. Staff friendly and courteous with whom you can talk and make even a few jokes. Normal price. As regards the environment and location, exterior view breathtaking, nice clean environment. I will return at the first opportunity.

  • Unfortunately I have to confirm what was written by others on little courtesy of Manager, that borders on rudeness and verbal aggression. Donot leave money to a Manager so grumpy don't deserve, at least from my perspective, the restaurateur who for me also means excellent. In General about the restaurant, in previous times I've eaten here say the food is normal (without infamy and without praise) while the prices and portions are not exactly the best. One big advantage is the location, mount Pizzoc I get from 40 years, on foot, by bicycle, skiing (in addition to cars and motorcycles). But the kindness cannot be an optional then ... never in there anymore. Follows, for those interested, the description of the disgraceful episode. After walking 3:00 we get to the REF. Città di Vittorio Veneto which are open. Saw some sunshine we decide to sit on the tables outside. The idea is to take something to the shelter (as common sense dictates) and finish the little food backpack. I take a beer and dessert counter boy with nice inform me because then we'll take a few slices with coffee, etc. Meanwhile the Manager comes out and find my friend at a table with a muffin and tells him that he can eat food staff. He informs her that we just walked to do orders but she insists and so my friend has to give up. Knew this, I decide that I won't make any further orders (and so does another hiker that assistive to the scene) and also inform them of the reason to give them the opportunity to improve. Then return, I pay a beer (€ 5) and I say to the guy who, given the poorly received, I renounce other drinks and that considers informs the manager that this attitude is counterproductive for them, because after this experience we will avoid in the future the local ... and always with mutual kindness we greet each other. While I get from my friends, from a side door out the manager that I face suddenly asking me if I had something to say. I try to repeat it quietly what has already been said to the employee, but I can barely talk because she goes wild on a flood of recriminations about ... people who use the toilets without paying, you pay many taxes that that "is not a retreat" (!?), etc etc. I try to let her know she is free to do as he pleases just thought it useful to say that this way of doing is counterproductive but nothing, continues his tirade of trivia. After a while, irritated by boring rally, I'm telling you, that's enough, I don't intend to listen to over, and then you move on to personal slights. Understand the type of person that I have before I turn and I go to that her crowns dose of offenses. Unheard of! I don't know who had problems but I don't believe them solve by taking it with the first customer. Among other things it wasn't stress from overcrowding since they were semi deserts. And thirty entry panels (old wooden tables bare of any covered) those were ... Zero.   • I had lunch on Sunday. Arrived on 13.30 there were many customers (but not all tables filled) and the head nurse asked us to wait until 15.30. We were near the refuge to enjoy our beautiful scenery and the fresh air and the head nurse told us that we could sit and wait more comfortable our turn. Result: ordered at 14.35 (if we had gone for a walk we would have lost their jobs). Arrived the starter at 15.15 (to the face). The rest they'd forgotten. RI-we plot. Arrives. Meanwhile we sit three friends of the managers that between cigarettes (thank goodness the wind blew elsewhere) and swearing make us understand their style. When ordering dessert, the situation was this: the two customers (us) to the corner of the table. Friends of the managers (more chefs bestemmiante) to fill the table. We plot the mellow 2 times before it arrives. We pay and go. Luckily I just got the head nurse complained with us tourists who occupy the tables and think they can do what they want. We will be back ... If change management.
