Vast cave, really impressive! We visited her a hot day and it has refreshed us well! (9 degrees)... it's pretty sporty with 1300 markets, count 1:30 for the visit in Italian. With small children is possible in carrier but markets are a bit slippery, you have to concentrate. We discussed with our guide who was very nice. A small bar is also present at the entrance. Beware there are only a few possible timetable daily, I think 10:30 a.m., 14:30 and 16:30 in the afternoon... entry a bit expensive, we paid € 35 for 2 adults and 3 children aged 6, 3 years and 1 year, but worth it.

I'm back after many years to visit the caves of Bossea, and it was like stepping down the rabbit hole: long hallways, interspersed with huge environments, infinite quantities of steps on steep ramps (eventually will be 650 to go and back). Water and humidity levels (in addition to watercourses and ravines, the air humidity is around þ%). The temperature is 9 degrees internally consistent, all year round. Therefore, the recommendation is to visit with shoes with a good grip on wet rock and a lightweight batteries do not suffer from the change in temperature.

The cave is beautiful and complex, a small ecosystem with constant temperature of 9° C (recommended a sweater), clean air and humidity to 100%. The course is facilitated by steps back and iron structures. Already that I was disappointed with was the visit, slow because of 50-60 people in single file, a guide with a megaphone which proposed approximate explanations and impossible to understand given the distance between her and the latest file. Should limit the entries to 10-15 persons

  • In addition to being the third largest Cave of Italy, was the second in Europe to be open to the public. Striking and beautiful, inside there is a humidity of 100% consistent and 9 degrees, but walking doesn't feel cold. The guide is helpful, prepared and also his way of speaking is soft-spoken and set. His mark well allows everyone to understand and learn. For those who love cats, inside you can find a cat which by now has made his favorite pastime cave exploration.

  • Suggestive experience. Reach the site has not been easy because of the lack of signs but was surprising and unexpected discovery of such fully developed cavity vertically, exhausting in its path, but satisfying. To improve the Inn that acts as an entrance and bar.
