  • Among the things seen in Foligno is definitely the most interesting, the better organized and that leaves its mark in the visitor.

  • In piazza della repubblica, oncentrato of history and art: fine art gallery, especially the multimedia Museum of tournaments, of the rides and the games. Well preserved 15th century frescoes and archeological museum ... to visit.

  • After purchasing the adjacencies and expanded its Palazzo folignate, Ugolino III Trinci, commissioned murals that Gentile da Fabriano i embellished. Friendly would do the designs while his pupils would paintings, but among them it seems that there was also a very young Jacopo Bellini (Jacopo da Venezia). Over the hegemony of the Trinci of Foligno, the entire cycle of paintings disappeared under a layer of lime-dyed white, due to the ' damnatio memoriae ' that had struck the family. Entirely rediscovered only in the last century has been restored after the earthquake of Umbria of 1997.

  • Visiting Foligno cannot fail to see the beautiful palazzo Trinci with its Pinacoteca ... inside you will find several works by Umbrian artists including a canvas of the students!

  • A historic building in the Centre of Foligno. Just a few minutes walk from parking charges. The Museum of Foligno. Very interesting, well maintained and spotlessly clean.
