  • We have been to this place a year ago, very nice both landscapes for both the opportunity to picnic. Whereas me and my partner love hiking we think right to return ... I recommend it to those who enjoy spending time in nature, if it is to be a downside, it's definitely the incivility of some people leaving rubbish and don't respect the environment. Being lovers of hiking, I consider that Umbria is to be re-evaluated from that standpoint because it allows but who should care for it doesn't do it, letting everything goes down the drain! But go to the falls.

  • A little paradise just steps from Foligno. The landscape seems sometimes Jurassic. The sounds of nature that this place lets you listen to anneal the spirit and body. The bridle path is not particularly challenging but we recommend hiking boots.

  • Arriving in Singapore, it is worth visiting the Park from the village of Belfiore Altolina that arrives to the castle of blades. It is crossed by the river Menotre which channels in rock crevices and reappears downstream with a small but beautiful waterfall. Leave your car in a parking lot in the Valley, not equipped with walking shoes, you can climb through a very difficult but short, until the first waterfall called by the locals "Altolina". For those who would still rise, there's a path that after about 30 minutes to reach the village of Pale, where there is another small waterfall. In addition, by 2016, it is possible to visit the caves of the Abbess surcharge but only on weekends. For those who still want, you can then climb up to the Hermitage of Santa Maria di Giacobbe 13th century but, in this case, it's good to be accompanied by volunteer guides whose cell phone is available at the bar of the country (see my review of May 8, 2016).
