  • Old cottage of a hermit of a past in legend. The course is easy for those who love hiking and even very long (in half an hour you reach). The place is beautiful with rocks typical of the Pale (sedimentary rocks-karst). Because the Interior is worth, you can ask in the country the key to get into the eramo and in the Church, (I don't know how easy it is). Good walk.

  • ... be back periodically to the Hermitage of the blades. Obvious that it is much more challenging to reach, but when you are there the first thing that comes to mind is that it was worth it. Physical exertion is gratified by the sense of peace that prevails there. A dip in a past of spirituality that shakes the soul in your innermost self. Who needs to be at peace with himself. I recommend though ... fitted with suitable footwear.

  • A due passi da Foligno there is Pale, a wonderful village. To pass a different Sunday and to soak up some nature Pale is a perfect destination. You can choose to go to visit the Hermitage, its beautiful waterfalls or caves. To the Hermitage you must travel a path uphill for the whole family. you are going to the mountain so walking shoes and desire to walk. It's all free but to visit the Interior of the Hermitage you have to book. One phone call and there is a great manager who will accompany you during your visit. Before it was always open but after numerous acts of vandalism have decided to organize themselves as well. However you can always go for a walk without visiting the Interior ... externally there is a garden where you can have an impromptu picnic.

  • "We find ourselves in front of a concrete example of ancient popular devotion expressed in a unique way, I would say almost acrobatic, a human attempt to overcome the bumps in geology through faith"

  • If natural park lifts altolina worth doing a jump to take a look at this shrine I found it closed but I still enjoyed a beautiful view on the way up which arrived at destination. One of the things that struck me is the sparkle of the air ... really full of energy

  • Truly a beautiful Hermitage, bad road and tiring but worth it. Warning: before starting the journey that takes about 30 minutes, check that the Hermitage is open.
