  • Cathedral with two beautiful facades, but that of the transept has a beautiful portal, designed by Rodolfo and Binello in 1201, with zodiac signs and symbols of the evangelists at the input of the arc. While the rest of the façade is a real programme of different periods, until the early 1900s.

  • Unfortunately this beautiful building I could see only the façade because the door was permanently closed. I really wanted to see the inside and say a preghiera....ma was impossible. I wonder: but since the church doors are perpetually closed? In 4 days in Foligno I haven't found a church open!! Absurd!!!

  • The first impact with the outside is positive: the totality of both sides with interposed the Palace of the Rectories at first glance strikes. But then it turns out that the latter is a recent readjustment and that the front was disfigured in the nineteenth century. Remains the façade on the piazza, this is really noticeable with the beautiful rose and the beautiful portal. I found the Interior disappointing: the neoclassical stride too cold with warmth of the Romanesque façade.
