  • Hot dry wooded peninsula on the Adriatic coast half way down the eastern side of Italy. Pia Padr has his shrine here for gullible Roman Catholics.  more »

  • I think it is one of the best places on the east coast of Italy. You can enjoy the mountain by visiting the Umbra Forest or staying along the coast on beautiful beaches and a fantastic sea. Food in general is great. I often work here and it's one of my favorite destinations.
  • Beautiful antidote to beach and towns for those who love nature.
  • Very difficult roads to navigate for a larger MoHo over 8 metres. Be careful if you are towing a caravan as we saw one that had been in collision with a 7.5ton truck where it gauged all the side of the caravan.
  • Stunning scenery and a lovely drive. Don't forget your swimmers.
