  • We visited the offices during the temporary exhibition of Martin Luther, the main reason that led us to admire one of the most famous art galleries in the world, and we were very pleased with the visit! Is organized excellently, the halls are not dispersive, are well organized and well preserved! There are of course all Renaissance artists of interest, but also other artists hangover and a good dose of sculptural art. The coincidence would have it, we happened even during the temporary exhibition on Leonardo Da Vinci, as well to be completed with a flourish this extraordinary visit! The entrance has cost €12 per person and has earned everyone! Turning slowly and focusing on all the works included in the gallery it will take at least 4-5 hours, since we have focused only on exhibitions and the sale of our interest in employing just over 3 hours. We went out for nothing tired and quite excited! Must see!

  • Charming and unique place in the world. Incredible collection of paintings and statues. Average duration 3:00 to take the entire collection, shame that the use of guides would surely experience more informative, but access to the guides is often inconvenient if you are not in the group. Definitely a nice experience for all lovers of Renaissance art. Really nice!

  • Perhaps one of the most important museums in the world has an unrivaled collection of works, the long corridors are filled with statues and portraits nn are missing benches to sit on (the visit is very long) each room touches a specific period of art and artists as Bo tticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo, Caravaggio ... 👌👌👌👌

  • The Uffizi Gallery is one of the most famous museums in the world, and as such you will find an interminable queue, the only way to halve the time is to book in advance so you can call it 055-294-883. The times that the call center is open Monday-Friday from 8.30 am to 18.30 and Saturday from 8.30 to 12.30, Sundays and holidays closed. Tell the operator which museums you are going to see will give you a code and with this you will introduce yourself at the ticket offices devoted to reservations, respect the timetable which has been given to you for your visit. The entire ticket is €8; reduced €4, as it is a State Museum some categories like teachers and soldiers have free access. Pay attention to the costs of the bar inside the Uffizi.

Where to stay in Florence

Variety is not a problem when deciding where to stay in Florence. The compact town center is packed with hotels, hostels, and small inns. The drawback of this upmarket central area is that even family-run B&Bs often cost as much as luxury hotels. For more affordable lodgings, explore the area outside the tourist-driven city center. Staying in one of the city's residential neighborhoods allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of local Florentines. B&Bs and hotels outside the center offer private parking and spacious rooms, all within walking distance of the main tourist sites.
