Where to stay in Florence

Variety is not a problem when deciding where to stay in Florence. The compact town center is packed with hotels, hostels, and small inns. The drawback of this upmarket central area is that even family-run B&Bs often cost as much as luxury hotels. For more affordable lodgings, explore the area outside the tourist-driven city center. Staying in one of the city's residential neighborhoods allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of local Florentines. B&Bs and hotels outside the center offer private parking and spacious rooms, all within walking distance of the main tourist sites.

  • Nice part of the city. San Niccolo and his tower are pretty charming. This is a nice quartiere of the city with amazing views and pretty close to the Piazzale Michelangelo by foot.

  • If you want to get on a real medieval tower in Florence do not miss the Tower of San Nicolò is only open during certain times, but worth it: there's a nice view from up there!

  • 古老的佛羅倫斯城門,從這裡可以從城門後防的山路走上小山丘,就可以到達米開朗基羅廣場。這裡看夜景超棒!
  • I really like ... from the tower you can enjoy a unique view and detail on the town ...!!! To visit but there are these hours ... so better ask first!
