  • Been enough for Firenze and want a quieter place? Go to Orto! Near the Piazza and Chiesa of San Marco, belongs to the Università degli Studi of the city. Many species divided into specific areas, until the island is found there. The beds of medicinal plants and herbs are a show, and I can see (with a bit of attention) as the same plants that we know may have different aromas. Huge trees produce shadows. Just sit back, enjoy, let the time go and forget about the noise from outside.

  • Profiting from free for the event "Corri la Vita" has visited this garden Botonico for the first time. The visit is interesting but not overly impressive. The outside is well taken care of while the greenhouses are left to themselves. Even the information panels about plants are very poor. The garden is pretty small and potentially stops, you visit quietly in an hour.
