  • Not to be missed, although the most famous monuments are beyond the River, here you can feel the atmosphere true a little less touristy but not less beautiful part of the city.

  • My walk or rather my visit Oltrarno began early about 8 o'clock in the morning in order to take pictures suggestive prior to arriving at the mass of tourists on the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River. Unfortunately, the shops were now just a few dominant signature, outweighed by screaming approval and made in china. However you can always catch glimpses details and find stores that continue to revive the Florentine and Tuscan in more modern. We speak of textile and leather goods and jewellery and jewellery. Strolling oltrarno one can discover Della Robbia hidden panels above the entrances of palaces and ancient iron doors and gates, observe small workshops of leather or iron and maybe feel colorful expressions. and then you find yourself on the Santa Trinita bridge and be dazzled by the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno and the cross and you find yourself in another dimension, that of fashion, ultra luxury shopping and extra chic and it's a whole different world.
