  • Shop fine Italian silk scarves, leather gloves, ties, foulards, Knights, etc... Genuine Italian product, no trap, of superior quality, careful finishing. Business in the city. Spectacular value. Own and original designs with tastes different to all the possible options. Unique personalized attention to each client. Again, only in Florence and visit it several times a year for ten years. • Since 2016, we have bought 12 Massimo Ravinale's large satin silk foulards and stolas: eight- for my family, and four-for gifts. We discovered the store on our trip to Florence last year; then, twice ...  more »
  • We were the last week my friends and me and told us at a restaurant that this store for items of Italian silk with quality, design and price was the best and the fact that we love! I have to emphasize that his staff was very patient and good since we were several girls.

  • Beautiful merchandise - and Ricardo will show you how to fold his scarves = fun! The merchandise is reasonably priced (tho not cheap), considering it's from fine Italian made silk, with very distinct designs. With a Fine Arts degree, I can appreciate the variety of designs - from strikingly modern to more traditional. Ricardo manages to not be pushy, while enthusiastically helping visitors peruse his scarves and ties.
  • A unique store selling beautiful silk and wool scarves. Beautiful designs concerning Florence, it's great. The security of buying a high quality Italian products. It's in the center of town is a special shop. They are very kind is great for shopping.
  • The most beautiful silk scarves. Beautiful designs and the salesman Ricardo is fantastic and great guy. One of my favorite stores. I love it!
  • Bought 5 beautiful scarves today, gentlemen was very helpful, he show my daughter how to fold and wear the scarf correctly, this is the place e to go for nice scarves .
  • They are specialised for silk scarves, textiles are quite nice which reminded me classic style of the famous French brand scarves. Prices were awesome, must return there again!

Where to stay in Florence

Variety is not a problem when deciding where to stay in Florence. The compact town center is packed with hotels, hostels, and small inns. The drawback of this upmarket central area is that even family-run B&Bs often cost as much as luxury hotels. For more affordable lodgings, explore the area outside the tourist-driven city center. Staying in one of the city's residential neighborhoods allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of local Florentines. B&Bs and hotels outside the center offer private parking and spacious rooms, all within walking distance of the main tourist sites.
