  • For being a relatively recent addition to palazzo Pitti museum complex has an air dated and shabby. The arrangement of the works is confusing (paintings of factors are scattered in different rooms, as well as the works of other painters), compassionate the tiny cardboard tags glued to the walls under the paintings. The lighting is very bad: many of the works are half lit electrically, and half by the light of the Windows, some not practically significant reflections.

  • The modern art gallery is located on the second floor of Palazzo Pitti and hosts several works between ' 800 and ' 900 including the Macchiaioli. • A very nice place for people who like this kind of stuff!
  • Strongly recommended! It is a Museum in the shadow of the Uffizi but really delivers world class art works of medieval and Renaissance Italian and international artists such as Raffaello Sanzio. To visit!

  • Personal taste, the route was just "interesting" ... Place a lackluster and with little light, they could bring out better the Museum and works.
