  • I bought a leather jacket. The service of the quality of the leather, garment technology, design, owner. Everything is satisfactory. Was any sleeve length is about an hour, but was surprised that quality. In the back is usually disliked sleeve Chuck is of a design, and does not change any design staff adjust. Is going to buy clothing, to be honest, absolutely not, and can't help buying high quality shop and is impossible to involuntarily, I bought. Gently, politely answered questions, such as how to recognize a good leather and leather products, owners are very friendly and so slightly could could choose without worrying about expensive and really happy to go shopping. If you buy a leather jacket, a court in Florence worth a look is.

  • The store has exceptional quality products. Very good leather at a premium price. Almost purchased a jacket from here based on the quality. The store is not exceptionally large or pretty and the lady running the store when we were there didn't seem to know much about the product or support with fit. We were also shunned out of the store during operating hours for some unclear reason though people were inside trying things on. Read good things about the store and the owner and had much higher expectations especially at this price point. We ended up getting a similarly priced jacket elsewhere so we are very much aware of the quality.
  • Highest quality leather and excellent designs, with both trendy and classic styles. Not pushy at all. Highly recommend.
  • Great quality and very friendly! Helped me find the perfect size jacket and I love it!
  • We took a day trip from Venice to shop at Davide Cerasi's leather shop. I think I tried on every leather coat in the store and ended up with a coat and jacket and my husband bought a beautiful leather jacket. The leather is the authentic Italian leather, not just made in Italy with leather from somewhere else. The lining is also beautiful. We received our purchases with days of returning home. What a great all around leather buying experience!
  • Great place, one of the few "authentic" leather shops in Florence, not one of the "Made in China/Italy" fakes you see everywhere. Avoid these at all cost. The prices here are not unreasonable by any means, if you want quality you have to pay for it! Friendly knowledgable woman served us, half an hour later I had a perfect jacket that fitted like a dream, thanks to her expert eye. If you only visit one leather shop whilst in Florence, I urge you yo try Davide Cerasi!

Where to stay in Florence

Variety is not a problem when deciding where to stay in Florence. The compact town center is packed with hotels, hostels, and small inns. The drawback of this upmarket central area is that even family-run B&Bs often cost as much as luxury hotels. For more affordable lodgings, explore the area outside the tourist-driven city center. Staying in one of the city's residential neighborhoods allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of local Florentines. B&Bs and hotels outside the center offer private parking and spacious rooms, all within walking distance of the main tourist sites.
