Where to stay in Florence

Variety is not a problem when deciding where to stay in Florence. The compact town center is packed with hotels, hostels, and small inns. The drawback of this upmarket central area is that even family-run B&Bs often cost as much as luxury hotels. For more affordable lodgings, explore the area outside the tourist-driven city center. Staying in one of the city's residential neighborhoods allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of local Florentines. B&Bs and hotels outside the center offer private parking and spacious rooms, all within walking distance of the main tourist sites.

  • good place
  • Beautiful church with a beautiful wooden crucifix of 1300
  • It is a beautiful and small church to the striking, is that there was a man who cared for the place, leaving delivered me, free of charge a card asking me that language spoke. What is surprising is that there was no obligation of contribution where everything is bought and sold. I have it with me. I recommend this place to pray so that our trips are safe and productive for everyone.

  • Beautiful in its simplicity, this church stands out for suitable silence for worship. I spent a Tuesday, at about five in the afternoon and the Blessed Sacrament was exposed. I pray a long time without interruptions.
