  • We dropped in here after a search for craft beer on the net. This was a friendly pub with a good varied selection of beers. Most of the beers were from the brewery but there were a few guest beers. I ...  more »
  • Dear friends, I wanted to tell you about my first experience with a gose and barley wine of Mikkeller. Like every homebrewer, I think the first thing we do when we are outside our city for business or pleasure, is finding a brewery, a brewpub or semplicemebrte a pub well equipped with some beer partricolare and so I did my usual, I was in that of Florence and I run a pub in Archea of craft beer. Look and feel good against local hospitality, but we move on to the first beers I tasted is the gose brewery Bahnhof, Rauch Pineus Gose 5.6% alc, no listen to dwell on look and taste etc etc, I have to say that for my taste a gose, I expected much more aggressive, but no, look a little misty taste slightly sour , smoked and almost balmy freshness of pine, all in all enjoyable perhaps not eccedererei with the amount since after the first pint tends to get bored. Second was the AA Barley Wine barley wine Mikkeller Big brewery Worster 15.7% alc ... another story, limpid, persistent little foam, Muscat amber and caramel notes issued load, only recommendation watch out that you don't get bored and after the second pint is hard to understand where the door of the room. Only drawback perhaps is that you only eat chips, could use something more substantial.

  • Fantastic local craft brew. Brewed in a small town outside of Firenze, small place, no food served (other than potato chips as a snack) but the beers are great. Several good Archea options on tap as well as some other Italian craft beers. Delicious! Friendly bartenders both nights as well, excused my poor Italian.
  • Hands down the best craft beer bar in Firenze! Was there for four nights in a row and each time they had many amazing craft beers for me to try. The three owners/bartenders are also awesome! Would definitely go here everyday if i go back to Firenze.
  • Fine selection of Italian craft beers on draft as well as a good bottle selection. Bar staff were very helpful with recommendations and tasters. Mixed crowd of locals and tourists.
  • Excellent craft beer selection, classic bar atmosphere and, on the night we were there, 90s tunes. Very relaxed venue with sports on TV and board games available.
  • Good selection of craft beers (mostly Italian) in a cosy little venue, decorated with retro pop-culture references. Staff here are friendly & knowledgeable
