QC Terme - Roma, Fiumicino

My wife and I stayed here for one night before departing for our travels. The staff, especially Alessandro, was absolutely fabulous. They went above and beyond to help us - we had to print travel documents, mail a package, and they even had the kitchen bring us some food upon our arrival despite the kitchen being closed at the hour. The service was beyond expectations! The grounds of the resort were beautiful. The pool was great, restaurant served delicious food, and my wife and I got a massage and it was one of the best we’ve ever had. I wish we stayed longer, but when we come back to Rome, we will definitely be visiting again for a longer stay!

Beautiful place. Wonderful spa with various dips and pools and saunas. You can choose a 5 hour pass or more. It is also a stunning luxury hotel. Located between Rome and Rome’s Fiumicino airport (closest to the airport than the city). It has bar, restaurant and cafe. Absolutely relaxing and clean and wonderful.

Visited this place in 2016. Most amazing place I've ever been. I will go back one day. The spa experience was beyond anything I've done before. Staff were so friendly and I felt very looked after.

Rating the hotel experience here. This review would be one star if it weren’t for the relatively cleanliness and good quality of room. 1) room: moderately good. Shower in bathtub sprays water everywhere though and there is no shower curtain. They don’t provide basic amenities like shaving kit. 2) food: avoid at all cost. Terrible. 3) massage: terrible and costly. I’ve gotten lot of massages 4) service: slow and unhappy, unresponsive.

The Spa Area is beautiful an well maintained, probably one of the best Spas I’ve seen in my life. Unfortunately 2 Saunas were closed for maintenance and the „heated“ outdoor swimming pool was cold as ice (no heating at all). It would be nice to have known that before booking… Due to COVID, they are limiting the max. Amount of people but it is still waaaay to crowded and super loud. Social Distancing? Not possible. Silence and relaxation? Limited. The Pools were so full of people that we couldn’t use them at all! I would visit again, but only with less people and if all the saunas were operational.
