  • Assuming that Filicudi is-absolutely-the island that more than others made us fall in love (sea of incredible transparency, walks along the ancient mule tracks which allow you to discover exceptional landscapes and places), one of the most beautiful beaches and better managed in the first place there is definitely Lidalina. It is slightly more expensive than other (26 euros 2 beds + 1 sunshade) but everything is perfect: umbrellas and beds brand new; silence and relaxation-especially the last stations (from 35); spotless and well maintained. lunches with top quality products (delicious Eggplant parmigiana, "barchetta", granite, watermelon, etc.); a wonderful sea, transparent and spotless; and then-for those interested, the discreet company of some former Mayor of Rome, some rich kid from Milan (somewhat disturbing), journalists, writers and television presenters (all in one), some politician that discusses early in the morning of governmental wrangling, and so on. Please arrive early (although the lido fills up no earlier than 12.00). Essential to book at least 1-2 days before workstation and lunch at around 12.00. Yes, we really enjoyed our stay and will return.

  • In 10 minutes walk from Pecorini. Well structured, well equipped with spaces however kinda cramped between an umbrella and the other (more than 10 Euro each cot with umbrella included). Lido comfortable as it features a floating structure that allows a safe entry into the water because the beach is formed by rocks big ones. Good privacy. There you can eat at medium to high prices. Food good. Mrs. Lina, Manager of lido, is very English/German and sometimes it is a bit far out of our way, inevitably, naturally "Italian" to handle the events. However, knowing in the end, the more you'll still promote.
