Historic Walking Area Tourist Spot
In the heart of the medieval center of Ferrara, explore the cobbled alleyways surrounding Via delle Volte to step back in time to the Middle Ages. Pass under the numerous vaulted archways and walkways that give the street its name, or duck off the main drag to explore on your own. Imagine the workshops and merchant stalls that used to line the way and take the opportunity to snap some photos. The street runs parallel to the bustling main street of the city, which is accessible through many side streets. • I agree with some reviews that this is not a architecturally stunning place, but anyway, in spite of being quite unpretentious, the area is full of local flavour and historic interest. Instead of havi...  more »

  • Fantastic risotto with truffel... Lots of truffel! :-) It would have been 5 stars if it had been a little less salty.
  • Never again!!!!! Day 4 January at lunch: two people, with plenty of tables still empty, we sat down and ordered EXACTLY a starter first and second. The appetizer came after 52 minutes. Here, after another 20 minutes the other two dishes. The ravioli were not cooked well having hard parts. I'm very reasonable so I waited very patiently but seeing the spread of the wait time and my great hunger become exhausted and the calm away, interest in the quality of the food is diminished. One waitress, who while seeing the inconvenience created if one is infischiata highly of us and this huge waiting time. He just stretched in firm but another basket of bread ... two couples fares to oil for other little people!!. The price: too high for three dishes you order! € 50! Attention ... read the menu because at the beginning and at the end it says,, between the lines, that the waiting time will be ups, highest I would say! And with this, the managers themselves safe from these horrible and endless waiting. The long wait I was indisposed to the dishes, however, none of that! Never again!!!

  • Good typical restaurant in Ferrara, historical Street. Pricey but good food, usually broken ATM trick: you only pay in cash!

  • A lunch to forget. Slow service, one hour between Starter and first, terrible food Tortelloni uncooked, dumplings with poppy horrid, braised left in the pot. Good thing the sweet

  • Great food and very particular, very honest. Exceptional cappellacci di zucca sauce and the latter very ornate. Don't leave without eating dessert.
