  • In the historic centre of Ferrara, not far away from the Estense Castle, this Museum (admission € 4.00), offers visitors interesting paths branching off into the vast airline of the natural sciences. Accompanied by the kindness and availability of the opera, visiting the various planes along which develops the Museum, it has an extensive review about Zoology (amphibians, reptiles, mammals, birds, fish, invertebrates) that the Earth Sciences, with sections devoted to Mineralogy, geology and palaeontology. This is a visit that leave fully satisfied.

  • On the third weekend of March on the occasion of the marathon town some museums of Ferrara had free admission. So with husband and 5 years we went to visit the Museum. What about ... fascinating, interesting and well maintained. The visit does not commit so much time even the youngest can maintain proper attention; lots of curiosity and friendly volunteers to give explanations! The Museum is practically in downtown with a nearby car park. Highly recommended!

  • The Museum is not large but it is very nice and full of exhibits both Zoological geological. We visited during the tour which is held on a Friday afternoon and the guy who gave us guidance was very personable, prepared and never boring! At this time there is also the view on cetaceans, very interesting for both adults and children! Highly recommended
