  • Some camouflaged in the length of a column that holds up the portico of Palazzo Ducale, right on the corner of Piazza Savonarola and Corso Martiri della Libertà, one must love much Fares or be tourists from the keen eye and not superficial to notice this monumental marble hydrometer where can I find historical floods of the river Po, a few kilometres in Pontelagoscuro area. From the eighteenth century to 1951 when the route of Polesine recorded a record in the modern era.

  • In the heart of Ferrara, on a pillar of the arcades of the building facing the Estense Castle in Piazza Savonarola, a few meters from the statue of the ferrarese preacher. Write it here-in detail-because if you don't know where it is not easy to find it among the facades, the crowds and the noise and you are likely to spend in front of a few meters, and not to see it. Perfectly preserved, is really interesting, unique and curious. Probably deserves at least a proper explanatory panel that would enhance better. Worth searching and short visit.

  • The Padimetro on a pillar on the corner of piazza Savonarola marks the full level recorded for the river within the city, as I myself was I thinking in previous visits and still many visitors imagine, but in step in Pontelagoscuro. At the bottom is also measuring the river bed in that location from the average sea level. Very interesting!
