  • Particular place of detention, which tells its own story. A few steps from the Cathedral accessible via two different paths.

  • You arrive in the square and you'll find a magnificent scene: outdoor seating, great bars and wine shops. A huge square and rectangular of great beauty.

  • Bella, if there was less traffic you would taste so much more. I understand that forms the heart of the city but certain substances can also be dropped off to nearby parking lots!

  • It is the Firm's main square, formerly called Piazza Grande, and considered among the most beautiful in Italy: it has two balconies, one right and one left. Particularly interesting is the Loggia di San Rocco, near the entrance of the Town Hall. On the square facing the Romolo Spezioli Library, Palazzo dei Priori and the home to museums. Within walking distance there are the Roman cisterns and small tanks.

  • The build of Fermo was long and complex, in accord with a long history. The intense alternation of positions and political forums condensed on the civic Auditorium building emergencies that articulated urban planning. As elsewhere the rest, but with an organic unity and harmony all unique in the Marche region and outside. His heart, by Convention place names, is captured in the role of "piazza", then known as "the people" for the suggestion neorepubblicana. But the eponymous space Ascoli disagrees that naming the building here, because the stereotypical loosen most still insists was full to represent roles and the category of welcoming cives, you'd disperse repairing in arcades. Even the private goals, driven remotely from the soaring brick pile, they don't see that for loan of overlooking. The impluvium of San Martino, the Loggia dei Priori, studies of San Rocco, the Governor is not square, but outdoor aisle with apse from measured compositional syncretism. But it could also be a Circus Maximus Sign: to faithfully reproduce the layout of the Roman Stadium, only reduced by four and a half times. Nor would you miss the pulvinar, slittandolo to scalea dei Priori. His wall hangings suggest for "colony Romanorum" full rank and Valentinus of Adriatic city, not a weak brand village charm. Yet they would not erect without the above determination of arce's bicephalous Gyrfalcon. Fastigium et caput dimidiato della rocca sforzesca Sign, for anger of "people" and jealousy of Cathedral. Today still waits the necessary compensation, besides suffering the mockery of the nineteenth facciatella vinciana.

  • One of the most beautiful historic squares, large and full of life. Thursdays in summer has a new look with the typical antique market. Close to other attractions, including the Roman cisterns, the library, the art gallery with its sala del mappamondo and the Cathedral of Fermo.

  • Austere and strongly Renaissance square. Interesting arcade full of Windows. Places to eat not too exciting. Choice of beers really small ... Mundane foods. Piazza downhill ... To get there ... Problems: there are parking spaces and only one elevator, climb that takes your breath away. No country for old men and the disabled!

  • A lovely square, considered one of the most beautiful in Italy, after due consideration I would say. Cosy, bright colors, clean, overlooked by palaces that devote at least one photo. The navel of catch is here.
