The location, the elegant Palais Cavriani, is appealing and gives my opinion further value to the whole. Helpful staff to illustrate the visit. The collection is of great historical-documentary material, compared to my first visit has increased, more I am told is going to be added. The most interesting part for me is that relating to the German army, but also exhibits relating to the discovery of two Allied aircraft shot down, A 20 and a Thunderbolt, with history of crews and the exposure of searches, are compelling. Beautiful finally the footage shot by the allies, with la chicca finale (though some frames only) relating to operation Herring. A job which denotes overall preparation, passion and patience. Congratulations to Simon Guidorzi and all the staff. Not to be missed.show original

Much material was found on the site and in the surrounding areas and if necessary restored before being expertly placed in shop Windows. The Museum is arranged on several themed rooms with many beautiful arrangements that are able to tell well the last phase of the campaign in Italy especially the crossing of the river Po. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. A visit is highly recommended, especially for young people. An excellent job of memory retention, well done indeed!show original
