  • Nice for those who appreciate nature, at that point still intact. There is not much to see apart from the bed of the River, easily accessible.

  • A singular place, charming and quiet. The right alternative to crucibles on beaches. Suitable for nature lovers to spend a day fun and enjoyable takes a few steps: the river water is freezing, unaccommodating, its bed has colonizing mud and rocky areas, important wear shoes and booties (I for example I continued to wear those hiking boots in water and it was very comfortable), towels and water. There is a freshwater fauna being different from the Navy, like frogs, insects on the water (the water Strider) tadpoles and more. The river is very long, is bordered by hiking trails but there is the main point (where the dam basin) where you created a sort of "artificial pool" bathing comfortably. From this point leave canoe trips, rafts and other calendarizzate activities from time to time. Significant initiatives. The paths are not daredevils and so suitable for everyone. To go back every year.

  • The Gorges are beautiful, unfortunately the trails are not always reported well and this is a limit for those who love to hike. However the Gorges are open in high season, even with some services: guides, canoes etc. Quite an experience not to be missed if you visit the Park of the cilent.

  • Interesting Place
  • After about an hour of turns, climbs and descents (typical for those traveling in the Parco del Cilento), you find yourself in what seems to be an oasis of coolness. The area in front of the access to the Gorges is well maintained. Parking (private and public), restrooms, picnic area for BBQ. Heat a small dam was built on the river that divides the River into two parts. The Valley is dedicated to those who want to soak in the water for a refreshing bath. That further upstream for who, with Canoe or raft, please forward the Gorges themselves. I highly recommend a visit.

  • A really nice place. I will be back. Picnic area, parking, bar, restaurant, etc. but what fabulous is nature on the heat and how they can be accessed. Walk along the Gorge or canoeing on the river. Then enjoy a refreshing swim in the river. Cost 1 € only for adults including parking. What better way to make sure that places like these can remain open to the public.

  • Beautiful place. Unspoiled nature, many green areas, chance to walk, bathe (water at 13 degrees) and stay a relaxing day. Very nice pedal boat trip with guide but it should be booked directly on site and there is often a little wait but well worth it. Overall a really worth getting organized and spend a different day.

  • It was supposed to be a quiet reserve is relaxing. I went there for the first time this summer (2016), score: a sea of people, zero parking spaces and line for booking a table
