  • The Abbey is part of a quaint village. Board the guided tour. Parking is vicio.

  • Small but really pretty village in Sabina, a few kilometers from the capital. Surrounded by greenery in this village you can still smell the scents of country life now so sadly lost. Beautiful cute little shops in the Abbey and the few only two streets of the village. Nice to visit in the summer but inevitable in winter!

  • I've been in this Abbey with my girlfriend. I have to say that is pretty cool. Il borghetto around the Abbey is lovely and the Church itself is well maintained. It's worth stopping for a moment to admire the Interior of the Church!

  • Beautiful old abbey, with one of the oldest library's in Europe! Visit on a saunday, have lunch with the nuns, and visit the church in the morning, especially a treat when there are baptisms. The ceiling of the church is beautiful!
  • A splendid example of medieval Abbey, at the time was of considerable importance in the territory. Today is very well preserved and valued, well worth a visit if you are to pass between Rome and Rieti. The small village also offers a pleasant distraction for the visitor and artisan with interesting products at fair prices.

  • Beautiful Abbey and historically important with its ancient library visited from all over the world. The Interior is lovely to observe silent and respectful contemplation. Near the Abbey, easily reachable from Rome (Via Salaria exit Passo Corese), convenient parking. Tables and an inviting lawn enable (trusting in the respect that it deserves even more)-weather permitting-also cheerful picnics and family gatherings. Within the Abbey a rich herbal shop with local products. At Farfa (village) you can also find farms that produce among other things the famous Extra Virgin Oil of Sabina or workshops as very interesting Veròla master author of some frescoes inside the Abbey. To visit really with pleasure.

  • Remained as to when it was built before the year 1000. It is a part of the soul. There is a shop selling products made by the monks. At Christmas markets are located.
