  • Wow! An incredible array of bird life. The cranes, Ibis, and Waterfowl are so extensive. It’s really impressive, and to see them nesting locally. Well done!  more »
  • A wonderful place to visit. My daughter loved it
  • Nice place definitely to visit the little ones. If you have some croquettes at home for your hairy (but they can't get in here) bring it as well, here are the Ibis who go crazy. To be honest I thought I would find a freer environment for birds and not many cages or aviaries. The place is still worth a visit.

  • In Friuli Venezia Giulia there are many places, little known, that reserve really unexpected surprises. Among them, this small reserve is a real gem. I found directions on the Internet, looking among the places of the FVG that are not very well known, the oase is described as the place where storks nest, so I went there out of curiosity; I expected to see some of them, but there were dozens of them, many of which nested outside the oase. But the extraordinary thing is that inside the park live, hundreds of aquatic birds, of various species, in full freedom, and also numerous ibis, which do not fear man is that they walk between your legs; the oase is not big, but it should be visited very calmly, I took a little less than two hours. I advise you to bring binoculars, because some animals are not very close. The oase is kept in an exemplary way, you pay a ticket of 4 euros, which considering what you see is really modest. You can't bring dogs, but it makes perfect sense, considering that most animals are free

  • I finally got there. Out of laziness and commitment, I've always postponed it. Just nice place, really quiet. cute ibis pose to take the picture. Suitable for everyone, for children a nice opportunity to see up close uncommon animals.

  • Wonderful! if you're a nature lover... storks, black swans and hermit ibis (rare but here they are at home, even by their own name!) and fabulous volunteer staff, prodigal of explanations and anecdotes... recommend-bye!
