  • The Duomo di Fabriano is a ancient Cathedral but was rebuilt in the seventeenth century and the Gothic Church remains the property of the apse. However it is a beautiful church with its brick facade and marble. Well worth the visit.

  • The artistic tour of Fabriano continues with the Cathedral of San Venanzio. The Interior of the Cathedral is a Latin cross with a single nave where open ten side chapels covered barrel-vaulted rectangular caisson vault, five on each side. The rectangular nave is lit by large Windows and is covered with a veil. Important are the frescoes of two chapels dedicated to Saint John the Baptist and the other to the Blessed Sacrament performed by Giuseppe Bastiani said Giuseppina from Macerata. There is also an ancient crucifix.
