The cellar is the best of technology and perfection. On both occasions we were accompanied by trained personnel, especially in this last chance, Virginia explained very well the various processes, adding more detail than the other occasion. Also the context in which it appears the winery has no equal. Lawn dotted with artworks, pond with sturgeons and wooden bridge, are unsurpassed in Franciacorta. Regarding the visit this year, great wines, especially the Annamaria Clementi. And now we come to the negative notes this year. Unfortunately when we got to the tasting room, we found it already full with people from the previous visit, so it was a feat to find a small table to put the glass down. As for the food, we were disappointed both in quality, as much with respect to visit effected last year. Was not allowed to take another saucer, you are not able to taste the best wine served. Great scene but little substance. Too bad for a cellar at this level, and notably spent per person: 40 euro.show original

Daniele PanigadaBeautiful place, unparalleled style and attention to detail, great wines and really helpful staff.show original
Giacomo CalzavaraBeautiful location, all well looked after. However, prices are higher than those of wineries in the area of Mestre although there is in the cellar at km 0. You do pay for the brand which makes little sense since there are less known and Franciacorta.show original
Alessandro RevelantVery nice place, shame to visit the winery should book; the price of the wines and as in wine cellars a choice that I don't share, besides a short availability. The taste is not contemplated reservation Winery visit.show original
Andrea RomanetThere are moments that don't have words. Only the feelings they can define, emotions that they reach the heart and which become ecstasy, joy and beauty of a moment to enclose in the most intimate of memories. The art of wine as instant of life itself, a masterpiece that only some men know the son of that talent reach, where dedication and ability blend into the magical and mysterious blend with nature. Infinity in a drop, the result of a slow passion, devoted and meticulous. Men, as the lands have a vocation. Was that a boy of fifteen years has had the brilliant idea of what could have been a life lived in the light of its realization. The encounter between the young Maurizio Zanella and sweetness of Franciacorta, when his mother moved to Erbusco and implanted the first vineyard, is the first contact of what would have been the love of a lifetime. But after a trip to Champagne, whose goal is the famous maisons where that wine that has always fascinated and ignites the imagination, that Maurice returns with the unshakable idea to accomplish something similar. What used to be a House nestled in the woods of chestnut, became one of the most modern and advanced wine cellars in Italy. Since then one principle defining the essence of Ca ' del Bosco: the pursuit of excellence.show original
