  • Wonderfull place, good energy, wonderful views, nice walk, poor maintenance of info tables, focus on weather protection of the ruins (almost everything is covered), info table messages not attractive ...  more »
  • What is striking about this archaeological site less well known than others, it is definitely the dominant position overlooking the coast surrounded by pine trees and the magical atmosphere. The site is controversial: the materials used then are extremely delicate and unsuitable to resist weathering over the centuries: it took a protective cover which, although effective, ruin the magic of the place and compromises usability and enjoyment of the site. Even the ticket is not cheap, is likely to be ignored and relegated to a role to "serie B", when instead he deserves much more.

  • The sandstone arena has encountered a great deal of erosion, so it is covered for preservation and restoration. Compared to the other major sites at Segesta and Senuste, this is a bit disappointing.
