  • Lago with equipped area for grilling and motorhome pitch at the start of the trail to the Genova refuge.

  • The Lake of the ruins, located in the Gesso valley in the municipality of Entracque, was born thanks to an ancient landslide and today is used for productive purposes related to hydroelectric power. It's an impressive place, almost "hidden" and there are some noticeable trails excursions (Lago Brocan and Genova refuge), or you can stop for a picnic surrounded by mountains at the end of a large Valley. I personally like destinations and excursions in the Park of the Maritime Alps I found more exciting, but it's worth a trip to find out if you're in the area (well indicated that passes before the Wildlife Centre Men and wolves after leaving behind the village of Entracque Valley is about 12 km).

  • The place is lovely, green and blue that are mixed from the body of water until clear skies. More comfortable to reach it by car. Ample space for picnics and relaxation, stroll along the lake or more challenging routes. We will definitely be back next year.
