  • We wanted to see Palazzo Cittanova and we found ourselves in this neo classical façade, majestic. We walked in and we were rewarded with a visit! To see! Walk along Corso Garibaldi to see other beautiful buildings.

  • Along corso Garibaldi rises this church triumphant-looking thanks to the tall columns reminiscent of the ancient temples; the Romanesque Tower takes us back to the origins; the Interior is very nice and finely decorated, although far too dark; many important works of art on which to dwell.

  • Very nice. It was founded in the 11th century, later underwent various modifications until reaching its present appearance in the 19th century. Inside you can admire frescoes by Giulio Campi plus some paintings of Gervasio Gatti, Boccaccio Boccaccino and "M". Especially nice is the "table of Sant'Agata", painted in the late 13th century by an anonymous painter called the "Northern" Cimabue.

  • The original church dates back to 1077, was rebuilt in Romanesque style in the 12th century. Of the original Church remains today only the Bell Tower, on the square, with the frieze of hanging arches that gives rhythm to the wall horizontally, the oldest among the towers still exist in the city.
