If it were not that wonderful adventure sponsored by the brothers Bigliotti, patrons cosentini, MAB-outdoor museum Baker-along Corso Mazzini, elegant shopping street, opened in 2005, for two months has been enriched at the north end of the new square Baker (with parking) there would be more to add to what has already been told by many travellers. The new square, which soon will be completed on the last stretch of pavement on the opposite side to the South which leads to Piazza dei Bruzi, will complete the ambitious urban project and street furniture for a great stroll between two large modern squares, providing one of the contemporary urban experience Cosenza most interesting in Italy. It will take some time because the new urban spatial system can express all its reclaimed potential but as of now the new square that seems to evoke a mythical ship intrigues and appreciate much to offer itself as a future centre of attraction. Unfortunately the absence of trees sacrificed much enjoyment and two squares of summer long course at both ends that complete it, ... and Cosenza is in the South, where the Sun's reserves for many months and days of the year.

  • Dali, Rotella, Manzù: to meet these names generally comes off a ticket, chasing temporary exhibitions organized somewhere, in enclosed spaces and immaculate. In Cosenza the habit changes. Walking in corso Mazzini overturns the usual, giving the sculptures at the sight of anyone staying there without ties of costs or schedules. Prominent works, well described by appropriate captions and distributed wisely along the trunk route. Art is free, outdoor, at last of all, really.

  • Cosenza has been enriched so much with this open air museum. The walk to corso Mazzini, already perceived as very pleasant, has been enriched tremendously by these works, some of great value and extreme beauty. I speak from big ignorant on the subject, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the care and attention devoted to the works are minimal: exposed to weather and vandalism without any protection already have the signs of aging and some have been damaged! Yet it would take a simple protective case! Usually suck Italian and care of our heritage is equal to 0.
