  • The lake itself is an attractive and popular spot but there also many fine walks through the woods and up along the tops of the Apennine ridge with excellent views in all directions.
  • I didn't expect to do so fatigue to a path of 40 minutes. From the car park the trail 723, well marked, but full of Saxons brings you to the Holy Lake through a forest. The chairlift to Monday was closed but the refuge Mariotti, located on Lake Saint, and the restaurant at the parking lot at the bottom fortunately not. The return trail 723A. With the car in the afternoon we went also went to lagdei but energy was enough only for a ride around the Lake.

  • There are many words to describe the beauty and charm of the place, you must go to understand. Climb a bit tiring if you want to do walk otherwise there is a chairlift still well maintained. Sunday drive highly recommended although busy.
