  • Angevin Castle of 15th-16th centuries very beautiful and interesting. Inside there is a beautiful courtyard, definitely worth visiting every time you stop in Cupertino.

  • Impressive and interesting, rich in history, evolved over the years and underwent a major restoration. The area is accessible only on the ground floor, open the modest sum of 5 euros. And that's it. Unfortunately there is a guide and a few illustrative signs are really insufficient to provide any idea of what you see and what there was in the areas visited. In addition to the deficiency described you add the presence (or absence) of personnel dedicated solely to collecting the obolus for access, incapable of providing information and mostly helpful. I hope that the Administration do something to provide to the city and visitors with a service that makes a great resource.

  • they didn't visit only the ground floor, a series of empty corridors, because the upper floors were being renovated. €5 expenditure per head!

  • Nice place. Good little wine tasting just by it as well.
  • One of the largest and best preserved fortresses in Apulia. Unfortunately it is currently open only the lower floor while the upper one, among other things even more interesting, is not open to the public and there are no prospects of reopening in the near term. However beautiful castle to see even from the outside, with a moat surrounding it completely. To visit the town of Copertino with its ancient village, the Basilica Santa Maria ad Nives and places of the local Saint, St Joseph of Cupertino.

  • Very nice place, but undervalued. It would take a guide or more explanation on what you visit. Is of utmost historical and artistic importance but for what you can see (one on the ground) 5 euros per person (kids are free) are perhaps too many. The Castle seen from the outside really deserves and it is fascinating, it would be fascinating to visit it in its entirety.

  • Built by Evangelista Menga around an earlier Norman fortification is one of the most important castles of Puglia. Peculiar to the vineyard situated on part of the fortification of the Castle and interesting antique fairs that take place within it.
